• Gratitude Yoga Practice

Thanksgiving is a time for us to reflect on what we are grateful for.

To express our gratitude for, as Henry David Thoreau wrote "what we have, and what we are".

Join me for this special donation based yoga practice on Thanksgiving morning, 8:30 - 9:30 am.

Suggested donation $12 - all donations will be given to Philabundance - or you can give to a cause of your choice.

Send donation to: PayPal (rachael027@gmai.com) or Venmo (@Rachael-Hunter-5)

No donation necessary if funds are an issue.

Let's gather together (remotely!!) and in this spirit of gratefulness offer support to those in need.

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner.

    On Gratitude

Gratefulness for what is there, is one of the most powerful tools for creating what is not yet there. What does gratefulness mean? It means you appreciate what is. You value, you give attention to, you honor whatever is here at this moment. —Eckhart Tolle
